In our last session, we reviewed some of the many skills we learned in the past 7 weeks. We talked about suggestions on how to continue using and practicing our coping skills. We want to do this to help improve our skills and help manage pain.

We want to know which resources you liked from this website. We will send you a link so you can tell us your favourites. We will create a personal package with the resources and email them to you. That way, you can keep using them for as long as you want!
